Focaccia sandwich gorgonzola Proscuitto


  • 40 g gorgonzola
  • 30 g prosciutto
  • 40 g arugula
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • balsamic cream
  • semi-dried tomatoes


Bake focaccia for 6-8 minutes at 220°C, let it cool, and cut in half. Spread one side with Gorgonzola. Mix arugula with olive oil and balsamic cream, place it on the Gorgonzola, and top with semi-dried tomatoes. Finally add prosciutto.
