Ingredients:
- 2 thin slices of mortadella
- 20 g ricotta
- 40 g arugula
- 20 g pistachios
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
Grind pistachios, mix with ricotta, and season. Mix arugula with olive oil. Grease both sides of focaccia with pistachio ricotta. Top with arugula and mortadella.
