Pinsa niçoise


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 burrata
  • red peppers
  • pitted green olives
  • anchovies
  • 2 egg yolks


Brush the pinsa with egg yolk and bake in the oven for 3 minutes at 240°C.

Cut roasted red peppers into small pieces and slice green olives. Tear burrata apart with a fork, season with salt and pepper, and place on the pinsa with peppers, anchovies, and olive oil.
