Ingredients:
- 30 g mozzarella
- 1 tomato
- 40 g arugula
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 40 g prosciutto
Instructions:
Bake the pinsa sandwich for 5-6 minutes at 240°C, let it cool, and cut in half. Slice mozzarella and tomato, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle arugula with olive oil and mix, season with a little fleur de sel. Top with mozzarella, tomato, arugula, and prosciutto.
